About Our MVP Academy Program

How long does it take to complete the program?

We ask for a 12-month commitment during which we will periodize nutrition around training, and ensure your athlete is able to fuel properly no matter what season of life they’re in!

How fast can we expect to see results?

Most athletes start to experience results in 8 weeks or less.

Who is the MVP Academy for?

Adolescent athletes (age 12-23) who demonstrate dedication to their sport, and are eager to learn, grow, and improve their skills.

What support do we get if we need extra help?

Regular meetings and check-ins throughout the month provide ample opportunity to ask questions and pivot goals, but we also offer 24/7 access to Nicole for any nutrition-related questions in between meetings.

What if my athlete has food allergies or intolerances?

Since the program is individualized, and Nicole has years of experience tailoring to allergen needs, you can feel rest-assured your athlete will have a program unique to those needs.

What if my athlete is a picky eater?

Picky eaters are a bit limited in the variety of foods they can eat, but Nicole has worked with many picky athletes. Together, we can find a solution that not only provides adequate fuel, but also gets the athlete outside their comfort zone on their way to broadening their palate.

What if my athlete is injured?

While sad and disappointing, injuries are still a great time to get started with nutrition. We can tailor the program to meet healing needs and match activity level. Then, once the athlete starts to transition back to full participation, we can adjust nutrition recommendations to meet those needs on the way.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we do not accept insurance. BUT, we can accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments which has been a great option for some of our MVP’s!

What if my athlete is vegan/vegetarian?

We believe that success can be achieved with a variety of dietary preferences, and we are not strangers to working with vegan/vegetarian athletes. In fact, we encourage you to sign your vegan/vegetarian athletes up so we can ensure they are getting the nutrients and calories they need.
